CrossFit Open WOD 12.2


Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

My reps:  60, as Rx'd

Same as I got during the open.  Only this time I was way slower.  Last time I actually had time left over, but didn't even attempt the 100 lbs.  This time I finished the 75# round with 5 seconds to spare.  Whew!! Tough one.

Warm up today included pull ups and dips.  I worked on chest-to-bar and did 5 per round, and then 5 dips per round.  C2B felt really good!  Dips are getting somewhat better/lower, but still a long way from deep enough.
