Hello August!

Uh...it's August.  11th.  One month since I've blogged.

Since that time, I've been sailing in the Virgin Islands and I've been back home for weeks now.
I've also maintained my weight loss and my commitment to lose more.


Anyway, today I made myself go to the gym, even though Kelly was the posted WOD.  I despise that workout.  It's just so mentally defeating.  I just scaled it to suit myself and got a good workout anyway!  Here's what I did:

400m run
15 box step ups 20″
15 wall ball shots 10#

Time= 26:07

I did 30 sit ups afterward and that was all I had to offer today.  :)
