Seven Rounds?!
7 Rounds for time of:
15 Power cleans (Men 115 lbs, Women 85 lbs)
35 Sit-ups
My time: 18:29, scaled to 65#
Tried a couple reps at 85# and while I could do it, I would've been wiped out by round two, so decided to scale in the interest of time and sanity. Still got a decent workout, in a decent amount of time.
Strength today was back squat. I'm giving my knee a little more time before heavy squatting, so I did bench press:
5-3-2 @ 35-55-65
1-1-1 @ 75-85-105(f)
