30 Burpees
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead Presses (Men: 165 lbs, Women: 95 lbs)
My time: 7:46, Rx
Felt awesome to be able to do an Rx WOD! My shoulders and knees are feeling pretty decent so I went for it. I had planned to do the overheads in two sets of five but on the second rep, I could feel my core wasn't tight and I was all wobbly so I dropped it. Cleaned it and did three more, dropped, cleaned it and did a full set of five. Woo hoo! Loved it! And (don't tell anyone I said this) the burpees were not all that bad today! Learning to get my feet out wider and land flat footed is a big help.
strength today was 1 clean + 2 overhead (press, or jerk, whatever)
