3 Rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings (Men 55 lbs, Women 35 lbs)
12 Pull-ups

My time:  14:50, Rx

Helen is one of my all-time favorites!  I was off my PR today by 1:18, but still not a bad time for me, under 15 minutes.  I did all the kettlebells unbroken.  The pull-ups were a struggle.  My grip started to go in the second round, and I had to break up the pull ups way too much. 

Strength today was:  hang power snatch - overhead squat - snatch balance

I chose 55# and stayed with that for the whole 7 rounds, because my knee is feeling kinda funny again.  Feels a bit stiff and swollen.  I've ordered some compression bands  to wear and see if they help.
