Fun Morning!

For time:

400 Meter run
50 One legged squats (alternating)
400 Meter run
50 Walking lunge steps
400 Meter run
50 Double unders
400 Meter run

My time: 16:39

I used the 17" box for my pistols - descending to a seated position & standing back up. This makes a lot more sense to me than holding onto a post. I can see where this method would get me to doing a real pistol more effectively. 

My double unders felt awesome today. No knee pain, and had several good sets, 20-10-10-10. I intentionally stopped on each of those so no real "misses". I was just winded and broke them up to rest. 

This was a fun WOD!!

90-95-115 - failed on second rep at 115
