Fun morning.

Here's what was posted:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

200 Meter row
10 Chest to bar pull-ups

Here's what I actually did:

12 min AMRAP

200 m run
10 kipping pull ups

My rounds: 5 rounds + 100m run

This was fun, and I really enjoyed running. These are two things I really need to work on - pullups and running - so it was a fun 12 minutes. The weather was perfect for running. 41° and no breeze...just beautiful!

Strength today was Bench Press.
Bench press: 3 ea @ 45-50-55-60-65-75-80
