My time: 6:19

Light day today at the gym, only 5 people in the 5 am class. Everyone is resting up for tomorrow - The Open WOD 12.1 - burpee hell.

Our strength today was a barbell complex:

Hang Power Snatch, to an overhead squat with 3 second hold at the bottom, then another overhead squat and a snatch balance.
