Monday...

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

7 Med ball cleans (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
7 V-ups
7 Hand release clapping push-ups

My rounds: 8 + 5 v-ups

This was a fun one. I'm getting a little better at v-ups but I have still not perfected them yet. I think it's a balance issue as much as anything...that or coordination. Anyway, a good workout.

Back Squats today:

10 x 2 @ 160#
