Clean & Jerk 15-12-9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
My load: 80 lbs - PR by 5 lbs!!
Strength today was back squats. I should have been at 185 lbs today but went with 170.

I am going to try and get out for a short run this afternoon. A mile or so. Need to commit to doing this three days a week. I have some extra fluff to get rid of from all the fun times I've had this winter. ;) Jamaica in 95 days...gotta be ready!
