A fun, short workout. Could have been shorter if I could speed up my box jumps. I fell once this time and it scared the heck out of me, but I just kept going. I was pushing hard to get under 10 minutes, and I succeeded! And then look at everyone getting these 5 & 6 minute times. Man, I'm slow... but I'm trying like crazy! I'm giving 100%.
