“Nutts“


For time:

10 Handstand push-ups
15 Deadlifts (Men 250 lbs, Women 175 lbs)
25 Box jumps (Men 30″ box, Women 24″ box)
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with bumper plate (Men 45 lbs, Women 25 lbs)

My time:  28:33, scaled

I scaled this one pretty badly.  I did 20" box jump, 25 pull ups, 50 wall ball, 100 double unders, and used 2 abmats for the HSPU.  The only thing I did as Rx was the deadlifts and the run.  And even with all that scaling, I thought this one was gonna put me in the ground.  Wow! 

The strength was to do 1 round of The Bear Complex, but I had an issue in my first set and didn't even attempt to do a round.  The bar slid off my back, pulled my arms into a really odd position, tweaked my shoulders and knocked me on my butt.  Thanks, but no thanks!!
