30 Reps for time of:
Clean & jerk (Men 135 lbs, Women 95 lbs)
My time: 5:13, w/ 75#
I have certainly gotten weak on overhead lifts. This used to be my favorite WOD, but not sure anymore. I still love the clean & jerk, though. Just need more time to work on going faster and heavier.
Strength today was clean & jerk, 5 sets of 2 touch & go
55--65-75-80-85
Today's warm up included the Jenks Mile. 1 min rest between each run:
400m = 2:00
200m = 0:56
400m = 2:08
200m = 1:03
400m = 2:12
