I'm back...again!

21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:

Box jumps (Men 24” box, Women 20” box)
Kettlebell swings (Men 55 lbs, Women 35 lbs)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

My time:  10:30, Rx

This was a fun workout.  Short but intense.  The sumos just kill my time.  I used to love them but I can't seem to get a rhythm going on them anymore.  So broken up it's not even funny.  Kettlebells were all unbroken. 

Strength today was alternate 3 shoulder press with 3 weighted pull ups:

 3 ea @ 45/8, 65/8, 65/8, 65/8, 65/8
