Three rounds, 9-7- and 5 reps, for time of:
Squat snatch (Men 135 lbs, Women 95 lbs)

My time:  14:09, sub wall climbs for m/u

My wall climbs are getting a little better.  I'm getting up to the wall, but I need to learn to walk back down instead of just dropping.
