Handstand push-ups
Ring dips

My time: 14:07, mod hspu & shallow ring dips

My best time on this workout so far, but since I'm not doing it Rx I hesitate to call it a PR. Sounds silly. Ha ha!

Wendler Back Squats today:

warm ups:
2@ 110

Work sets:
5@ 140
5 @ 160

(I think those numbers are right. Memory loss is a terrible thing!)
