6 Rounds for time of:

15 Wall ball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
7 Power snatch (Men 115 lbs, Women 80 lbs)
9 Ring dips

My time: 19:35, scaled to 55# on snatches

This workout was just as tough as I thought it would be! I figured 30 minutes. Had I gone as prescribed on the weight for snatches, it would have been every bit of 30 minutes. Oh, and my ring dips sucked...

However, it was a great workout, and once I recovered (about an hour later) I felt awesome! This is one of those "I love CrossFit" days for sure!!
