Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead, 40 reps (Men 45 lb dumbbells, Women 35 lb dumbbells)
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate for men and 25 lb plate for women held overhead
150 foot Sprint
My time: 23:36 w/ 25lb dumbbells (pretty sure this is what was written on the whiteboard)
TOUGH workout. Holy moly!!! The thing that ate up my time was not the burpees, but the dumbbells. Toes to bar took a while, but simply because my grip was gone after about 20. I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for anyone who did this in the regionals with those prescribed weights. Crazy fit, they are!!
