Cardio Blast!

5 Rounds, each for time of:

500 Meter row
Rest 5 minutes between each round.

My times:

2:11.6
2.17.7
2:14.0
2:12.1
2:20.1

Running WOD - 1 min rest between each interval:

400 m 2:00
200 m 0:55
400 m 2:15
200 m 0:55
400 m 2:12

Slow day for me on both running and rowing. Felt good though!
