Fun workout!

3 Rounds for time of:

400 Meter run
30 Overhead walking lunge steps (Men 45 lb plate, Women 25 lb plate)
20 Toes to bar

My time: 20:29*
*rowed 500m each round instead of run due to lightening/rain

I really enjoyed this workout for some reason. I was feeling really strong and full of energy this morning.
