Birthday WOD for Andy. Not sure why he had to go for the year he was born instead of his age on the snatches. But, I have to admit it was a good workout, even scaled!

73 Hang power snatch (Men 75 lbs, Women 55 lbs)

Subbed 12 pull ups and 12 ring dips for the muscle ups. Scaled to 42 lbs on the snatches. I've been scaling a lot lately and I'm just listening to my body. Not going to feel guilty about it or any of those head games. Just doing what I've gotta do! I'm still getting an excellent workout.
