I was feeling every bit of bad nutritional choices I have made in the past few days. Beer & Pizza, Ice cream, more beer, sausage rolls. Yeah...I know. What was I thinking? I'm back on track today, strict Primal. I can't believe how poorly I did on this workout today. Way too much resting, way too much breathing and gasping for air.

Wendler Shoulder Press:
warm ups: 5 ea @ 35-40-45
work sets: 5 ea @ 55-65 and 4 @ 70
Felt really weak this morning. Should have been able to get 5 reps at 70.
