25 Wall ball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
30 Box jumps
15 Wall ball shots
20 Box jumps
10 Wall ball shots
800 Meter run

subbed step-ups for box jumps

My knees have been just killing me for several days now. Like waking me up in the middle of the night hurting. Tendonitis I'm sure. It'll pass, like it always does. Anyway, I was going to scale the runs to 400m but changed my mind. I need to run. Box jumps, however, I scaled to stepping and I'm glad I did.
