Snatch Pull
Started with Wendler Shoulder Press today. It is "deloading" week, so no heavy loads:
5 @ 35
5 @ 40
5 @ 45
Then our Strength WOD was "snatch pull".
5 @ 55
5 @ 65
5 @ 70
5 @ 85
5 @ 85
WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
7 Power snatches (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
15 Push-ups (Hands released at the bottom)
My time: 10:00 Rx
Started to scale to 55 because of pain in hands. I have major tendonitis in my thumbs, of all places, from using the hook grip so religiously. I didn't scale, and didn't use the hook grip and felt just fine!
