"Jeremy"
In honor of “Jeremy”
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
Overhead squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
Burpees
My time: 10:09 Rx (PR by over a minute!!)
8/12/10: 11:18 Rx

It's nice to set a new PR every now and then, and fun to look back at my slower times. Doesn't happen a lot these days, but it's so encouraging when it happens. I was trying like heck to beat Lori today, and I caught her on the OHS every time, but she beat me on the burpees. I claim old age as a handicap. Ha ha!
