For time:
30 Squat snatches (Men 135 lbs, Women 95 lbs)

My time: 11:45, w/75#

I got to the last lift and MISSED it! Damn..I was just shy of my October time of 11:26 - when I missed I looked at the clock and it said 11:24. Way to go! Ha ha! Still it was a good morning and a good workout because my form felt much improved over the last time we did this WOD.

Strength today was squat snatch, 1 rep every 2 min for 10 min
