Yep, I'm 48 today! Thanks to Breck for a fun birthday workout. It was tough, and I was slow, but I loved it!

16 Dumbbell power cleans (Men 45 lb dumbbells, Women 30 lb dumbbells)
16 Dumbbell thrusters (Men 45 lb dumbbells, Women 30 lb dumbbells)
16 Pull-ups
