Rest Day

Took a rest day today, in preparation for tomorrow's CF Open WOD #1. Not sure I really "needed" a rest day, it's a 10 min WOD. But I rested. And then I did about 10 minutes of double-unders practice, for what it's worth.

I'm oddly not really nervous. Just looking at it as another workout, and gonna give 100%. Well maybe 110% since it's a competition. Ha ha.

Looking forward to tomorrow with great anticipation!


  1. I've never done a workout in any type of "competition" environment before, so I'm just looking forward to observing myself and how I react to it.

    My goal is 5 rounds, which I think is really really ambitious. And unbroken snatches on the first 2 rounds. DUs... will just try to stay calm and find a rhythm!

    PS - If you look at my profile, it looks like I submitted a workout. Cause I did, just trying to learn how the site worked so I could give other specific directions. Ooops! hehe I am hoping the "override" mechanism works so that one won't end up being my final score!

  2. Cheri, I'm hoping for two full rounds...I would love to think I could get three, but I'm hoping for two solid. I know that sounds lame, but I don't want to get my hopes up and have all that nervous energy wipe me out.
