10 Shoulder-to-Overhead Presses (Men: 165 lbs, Women: 95 lbs)

My time: 7:31 Rx

+ 9 burpees for total of 39

Back Squat
warm up sets:

3 @ 125
2 @ 135 (?)

Work sets:
3 x 5@ 140
