“Cindy”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

My total: 12 rounds, + 5 PLU & 10 PU

(Not a PR as I had thought....my PR is 13 full rounds. )
My pull ups felt awesome today!! Did all of them unbroken.

20 burpees this morning...I owe 20...Will do them this afternoon.

I almost forgot - I did my very first REAL STRICT DEADHANG PULLUP this morning!! :-D woooo hoooooo!!!!!!!!!!
