“Lynne Murtha”

This WOD is in honor of Lynne, one of the original members of CFJ, who passed away recently. I never met Lynne, but I was certainly inspired by her!

3 Rounds for max reps of:
1 MInute of Overhead squats (Men 75 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
1 Minute of Snatch balances
1 Minute of Hang squat snatches
1 Minute of Rest

My total reps: 88, Rx feels great to be back at the gym, not sick, lifting weights and getting ready for my vacation next month!
