21-15-9 reps for time of:

Handstand push-ups
Ring dips

My time: 16:06, mod HSPU & bar dips

My arms were wasted about half way through the first round of HSPU. Got good depth on them for a while but went to just about 3" pulses after that. I am still making progress, just not there yet.

Strength today was deadlifts
