TGIF!

10 Rounds for time of - OR - AMRAP in 15 min of:


1 Clean and Jerk
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

A nice end to a tough week. I'm so sore from kettlebells yesterday. I love it!!! I figured I would be able to get 7 rounds on this workout in 15 min and I was pretty accurate. When we did it last November, I did 10 rounds in 22 something.

5 @ 160

Didn't go for more than 5 on the 160 today, saving my energy for the WOD
