Jump!
3 Rounds for time of:
45 Double unders
45 Box jumps (Men 24” box, Women 20” box)
My time: 17:33 Rx
Had one unbroken set of 20 double unders - PR!! Yay! Other than that, the box jumps just kill my time. Still, this was a good workout!!
Deadlifts (de-loading week)

3 @ 130
we used the snatch grip for these today - felt a little odd, but it was nice to do something different.
