Handstand push-ups are “nose to floor” and pull-ups are “strict” or non-kipping.
My time: 20:02 (Well, obviously not Rx!!)
Kipping pullups and used 2 abmats for HSPU
Tough workout. Had a blister that tore, but no biggie. I'm ready for FUN FRIDAY!!!
