Almost forgot to blog today. Actually I almost didn't even work out today. I was so sore when I woke up, I could hardly reach over to look at the phone and see what the WOD was. By then I was awake so I figured I might as well go give it my best shot.

Strength was Deadlifts today:

3 ea @ 105, 125, 135, 150, 165, 175, 190
