15 overhead squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

My time: 19:39, Rx, unbroken

About a minute or so off my PR, but I still love this workout. It's one of my all-time favorites and I don't think we do it often enough. Love the OHS.

This morning's strength was OHS too!!
