More dumbbells.

5 Rounds for time of:

10 Dumbbell squat cleans (dumbbells must touch the floor each rep)
10 Dumbbell overhead walking lunges
10 Dumbbell thrusters

Compare to July 12, 2010.

My time: 13:06, 15 lb DB - PR of about 2 min


I love this workout. I guess I love dumbbell workouts, really. Though as I sit here several hours later, my traps are so tight they are killing me!!! Owwww!

Strength today was shoulder press
rep scheme 5-5-5
warm ups: 10 @ 35, 5 @ 55, 3 @ 65, 2 @ 70
work sets: 70-70-70
