Ugh!
I'm so sick of being nauseated all the time. It wears me down. (Enough whining, right?)
Todays' WOD:
5 rounds for time
16 - 20 lb dumbbell split cleans
8 - HSPU
My time: 13:57
Modifications:
1st round 20 lb dumbbells, 2nd – 5th rounds 15 lb dumbbells, Subbed DB shoulder press for HSPU because my shoulders and arms are trashed after yesterdays wod.
