Back at it...
3 Rounds for time of:
400 Meter run
10 Front Squats (Men 185 lbs, Women 125 lbs)
15 Deadlifts (Men 185 lbs, Women 125 lbs)
My time: 15:25 - used 100 lbs.
(Frustrating because I could have done the 125 deadlifts easily, but cleaning 125 and then doing the front squats...not so much, so I scaled back).

Burpees=18 Total Burpees=171
