15 Box jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)
10 Push jerks (Men 155 lbs, Women 95 lbs)

(Started to scale down but decided to attempt at Rx weights. Made it through, but man this was a TOUGH one! I feel so strong now. *smirk*)
