Tuesday...

For time:

400 Meter run
21 Deadlifts (Men 155 lbs, Women 105 lbs)
15 Hang power clean
9 Push jerk
400 Meter run
9 Push jerk
15 Hang power clean
21 Deadlifts
400 Meter run

My time:  14:20 - scaled to 75#

Felt good to get out and run, although I was slow.  I'm still pretty sore from the weekend, believe it or not.  (Believe it! )   Taking a rest day tomorrow.

Strength today was the following complex:

1 DL, 2 hang squat clean, 3 push jerk.  Started light and went up to 75 lbs.
