5 Rounds for time of:

10 Dumbbell squat cleans (dumbbells must touch the floor each rep)
10 Dumbbell overhead walking lunges
10 Dumbbell thrusters

My time: 14:36, using 15# DB's

Good workout! Great dumbbell warm up , and we played "the fish game" on the rowers. Fun morning. Still trying to kick this upper respiratory crud! Ugh!!!
