A good solid hour of work...

Worked on form for power cleans and shoulder press, and one round of Bear complex, all with a light bar (35 lb), for about the first 15 minutes.

Then we did shoulder presses:

Warm up sets:
5 @35 lb
3 @ 45 lb
3 @55 lb

Work Sets:
3 sets of 5 @ 65 lb

(They have been working on different lifts, M-W-F; not sure how long or for how many more weeks?)

WOD:

For time:
1000 Meter row
20 Burpees
30 Pull-ups
40 Box jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)
50 Double unders

Notes:
1. Big class this morning! Good to see familiar faces. :)
2. This workout had three of my "nightmare" exercises in it: burpees, box jumps and double unders. But I did them all!
3. B is SO fast!!
