Baby it's cold outside!
So freakin' cold out this morning! Brrrr!! You'd think it might make me run faster, but no. Still slow.

The warm up included pull ups, knees to elbows, push ups, some squats and The Burgener warm-up. I love how the warm-up is always something different, and always worthwhile.
