More Dumbbells

5 Rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang squat cleans
5 Dumbbell push jerks
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds

My loads: 15-20-30-35-40
failed on the 3rd push jerk on 40 lbs

I love working with the dumbbells. I need to work on my technique with the heavier loads overhead though - feels very unstable. I think I failed mainly out of fear of hitting myself in the head.
