Home WOD

Couldn't make it to the gym again today because of this ridiculous snow. So, I did this workout that Cwiss (Nocryingincrossfit) suggested the other day.

50-40-30-20-10

Walking lunges
Push ups
Sit ups
Squats

My Time= 29:35

I am SO ready for this winter to be over with so I can get back to my regular 5 days a week of CrossFit. I miss it so much when I can't be there.
