Quick but not painless!
With a 15 minute time limit, complete a 2000 Meter row
then complete as many rounds as possible with the time remaining of:
5 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
10 Push press (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
15 Back squats (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
My Row Time: 9:20
My Rounds: 2 + 10 push press, Rx weight
This was an awesome fun workout! Just short enough to where I could push myself as hard as possible (hardly any resting!), but long enough that I was completely exhausted when it was over. I'd like to do 15 minutes of these lifts without the row sometime. That would be a nice challenge. A great start to the day!!
