“The Stowers’ Tower of Power”
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 Double unders
1 Squat snatch
My total rounds: 6, using 55# for squat snatch, doing 3 reps instead of 1
Double unders are still not my favorite, though I'm starting to get the technique a little better. I managed a few sets of consecutive d/u, but mostly they were one at a time or single-double-single-double sets.
It felt really awesome to be back at the gym this morning! I was so sleepy at first but once I got warmed up I was glad to be there.
