Checking in...

Still going strong on the "diet".  And actually it's going much better than I had imagined. I'm continuing to lose, gradually.  Every day I tell myself, "you've got this!"  It feels like I can do this forever.  And maybe I will.  I miss beer, but I miss it less and less.  I don't miss feeling like crap on Saturday mornings.  With the limited wine and vodka/sodas I've been drinking, I feel like I'm okay without the beer.  Though, I honestly miss the taste of it, I don't miss the bloat and fullness, and stuffy nose (probably allergic to hops if we are being honest here).

Anyway, enough about me losing all this fat!!!  :)

Total Time 14:54 – 5:00 rest = 9:54

Strength today was OHS.  Used to love going heavy on these but now I'm just glad to do them at medium weights with awesome form.
